Remote Position. Design solutions to ensure the compatibility of wireless telecommunications systems (LTE&CRAN).
Duties include: Perform system health checks to a site prior to work beginning to determine any issues on site and post-checks after the work is completed; Request approval from telephone company for a site bounce and site shutdown if needed; Provide technical support for the troubleshooting of systems; Document parameter changes, generate reports and include instructions for upcoming integrations on new sites/bands; Monitor system operation to detect potential problems; Conduct software tests; Investigate system component suitability for specified purposes and make recommendations regarding component use; and Complete models and simulations, using manual or automated tools.
Requirements include: Masters degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering and experience with monitoring system operations, modeling and simulation testing and creation of manual documentation.
